On 30th October 2024, Dr. Christopher Moran, President of Co-operation Ireland hosted a Reception & Dinner for the White House Historical Association at Crosby Moran Hall to celebrate international relations and to honour Mr. Frederick J. Ryan, Jr., Chairman of the White House Endowment and Acquisition Trust. The White House Historical Association is responsible for the protection and preservation of the White House and its history. The State Visit of President of Ireland Michael D. Higgins to the United Kingdom in April 2014 was another historic occasion in the journey toward peace across the Island of Ireland.
